This is a new major version upgrade from AMP version 7.0.1.

## Major New Features

* Dynamic groups in Maeztro allow collecting resources based on attributes and having different management and observability hierarchies
* AMP and Maeztro expression parsing is much more flexible, for improved workflow steps and computation, including `try` and `can`
* AWS EKS Kubernetes Add-On marketplace-ready release: the easiest way to install AMP into EKS
* MZ CLI enhancements: `clone` projects from a Maeztro server, manage multiple server contexts, and `--skipSslChecks`
* Maeztro frontend improvements for using effectors and developing workflow interactively (experimental)
* Other Maeztro backend improvements for using connections, updating submodules, and more


## Bug and Vulnerability Fixes

Various updates to dependent libraries to ensure compliance with the most recent security scans.
