This is a minor upgrade from AMP version 4.3.0.

### Bug Fixes

* BROOKLYN-452: Brooklyn may fail to deploy with certain CentOS 7 images

  A change in CentOS 7 prevented normal deployments if Brooklyn was configured not to use jClouds for the initial 
  ssh-based setup. This was due to a change in the sudo configuration on RHEL CentOS 7 images.
